RESERVATIONS
Reservations are only valid if done on the official web-page.
After making a reservation, a confirmation will be sent to you by email. Note that the confirmation email could be in your spam folder. If you did not receive this confirmation email, it means the reservation is not registered and you should either try again or get in touch via info@nlquest.click or call us on +31628383155
CANCELLATIONS
Canceling or changing the time of your reservation should be done by sending an email to info@nlquest.click or calling on +31628383155.
You can reschedule a reservation, free of charge, until 72 hours prior to the start of the original reservation time. For a cancellation you will receive a partial refund. Cancelling is not possible when the game starts within 72 hours.
Questomatica reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a reservation.
DELAYS
All teams are required to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the game to be able to prepare the team and start the game on time. If your team arrives 10 minutes after the start of the reserved time slot, we cannot guarantee your game. In that case, no refund is possible.
THE EXPERIENCE
When you take part in a Questomatica experience, you have to understand that you’re participating in a unique activity. It’s an exciting game, but also suitable for pregnant women and people of age 65 and above. Still, participating is at your own risk.
AGE LIMITS
Children of age 8 and under will only be allowed to participate under the supervision of an 18-year-old person or older.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The fun part of escape games is solving the puzzles. Grant your friends the same excitement and tell them about your experience, but don’t give any hints, so no spoilers.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Questomatica collects a minimalistic set of your data required for a reservation (name, phone number and an email address). We use your data to create a booking, contact you regarding your reservation, send you your team picture after you have played and to send you a maximum of 4 promotional emails a year, from which you can unsubscribe at any time.
Questomatica has always taken pride in being careful with how we handle your data, we do not sell any data and we will not do it in future. We have made our policy even more transparent so you know we take your privacy really seriously. You can always contact us if you have any questions.
ALCOHOL / DRUGS
The use of drugs and/or alcohol is prohibited during the game.
When at the start of the game an employee of Questomatica doubts the condition of a participant, the employee has the right to refuse this participant with no refund.

In doing so, Questomatica adheres to the applicable legislation and regulations. With the exception of the online payment provider engaged by Questomatica, Questomatica does not provide your details to third parties without your express prior permission, unless we are obliged to do so on the basis of the law or court decision, or if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement between you and Questomatica. Click behaviour and search data.
